Role Purpose

The Associate Director - Operational Readiness plays an essential part in coordinating cross-functional readiness activities, monitoring operational preparedness, and helping ensure smooth project launches that align with Qiddiya's vision and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Readiness Planning & Execution

• Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans to guarantee successful project openings.
• Assist in conducting readiness assessments, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend corrective actions based on assessment findings.
• Contribute to developing best practices, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of readiness efforts.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate closely with project, operations, and training teams to integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to promote a unified approach to operational readiness.

Training & Staff Preparedness

• Help coordinate and manage training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness.
• Experience in organizing training programs and operational readiness activities is highly desirable.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of the regional market and cultural context is an advantage.
