Role Overview
Associate Director – Investor Relations & Distribution at ADIB, based in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Support the Head of Investor Relations and Distribution in distributing products and services offered by ADIB Capital and managing relationships with ADIB Capital's clients.
Key Responsibilities
Fund-Raising & Client Development
- Coordinate fund-raising efforts for all funds with ADIB Private Banking and Priority Banking.
- Own direct responsibility for fund-raising with particular focus on family offices and high-net-worth individuals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.
- Establish and maintain relationships with family offices, particularly in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries.
Marketing & Product Launch
- Support the Head of IR & Distribution in developing and implementing marketing plans and roadshows for each fund or product launched by ADIB Capital.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials.
Training & Distribution
- Conduct training sessions on funds for ADIB Priority and Private Banking Relationship Managers.
- Coordinate the placement of ADIB Capital Funds on the distribution platforms of other UAE and GCC banks.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in selling funds and structured products.
- Relationships with family offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC countries.
Skills & Competencies
- Good technical understanding of different asset classes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
