Role Purpose

To execute all warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing inventory while maintaining compliance with warehouse processes, documentation standards, and housekeeping requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and Processing

• Implement loading and unloading of all shipments and warehouse activities.
• Move goods received to staging area as per zones, concepts, and department while maintaining FIFO.
• Create and maintain storage, excess, and damage reports for import shipments.
• Segregate GRN and stylewise inventory and keep samples ready for pricing.

Inventory Management

• Segregate, sort, and distribute cartons.
• Arrange stocks in bins, racks, and shelves.
• Ensure bar-coding, distribution, and scanning of cartons and pallets.
• Arrange barcodes and move goods to process area and process tables.
• Implement stock taking activity.
• Tally cartons against invoice and packing list.

Merchandise Preparation

• Handle shop requisition, deliveries, pre-retailing, first issue, and replenishment activities.
• Stick barcode, security tag, hanger, and confirm SED.
• Supervise and implement open carton distribution activities.

Warehouse Operations

• Movement of pallets between processing areas using hand pallet jacks.
• Arrange and redistribute or pullout activities.
• Follow housekeeping standards in the area of operations.
• Proper adherence to all warehouse processes in WMS Retek environment.

Documentation and Logistics

• Arrange documents for deliveries and exports.
• Supervise loading of containers, trailers, and delivery trucks.

Supervision and Coordination

• Allocate warehouse activities and supervise the helpers.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities in the warehouse.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in warehouse operations in a similar role.
