Role Overview
Associate Cloud Consultant - OpenShift at Red Hat, located in Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Purpose
Guide the on-site delivery and implementation of modern Red Hat technology. You will focus on delivering quality work resulting in a positive customer experience while building broad and deep technical expertise in Red Hat cloud technologies, with a particular focus on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Implementation
- Serve as the subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.
- Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, and software specification, as well as the design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.
- Adapt to changing customer requirements.
Technical Expertise & Learning
- Constantly learn about new technologies and apply those concepts to customers' needs.
- Gain understanding of customers' infrastructure with a particular focus on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and other Red Hat cloud technologies and business needs and make recommendations appropriate to their environment.
Project Delivery
- Produce quality results and provide support to more than one project in multiple industries and various types of projects.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Keep stakeholders updated on actual or potential issues that may affect project or company performance.
- Demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders and diverse audiences.
- Provide written project documentation that can be distributed within Red Hat and the customer's management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a consulting or a related role.
- Experience with enterprise-wide deployments.
- Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Red Hat cloud solutions like Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenStack Platform.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or willingness to pursue certification within 90 days.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI is considered a big plus.

Additional Information
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- Must be located in Saudi Arabia.
