Role Overview
Associate Business System Analyst at ABIS. This is an entry-level role based at the company's location.
Role Purpose
Assist in assessing business needs and requirements to facilitate the development of effective solutions. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the IT team. Participate in testing and validation to ensure systems meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and workflows.
- Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation related to business requirements, processes, and system changes.
Solution Development
- Support the development of functional specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
Testing & Validation
- Participate in testing activities, ensuring that solutions meet defined requirements.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in project management.

- Excellent skills in Microsoft and Adobe.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
