Role Overview
Associate Analyst, Account Management at Mastercard. This is an 18-month Launch Program role within the Global Markets business unit, beginning 1 March 2027.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Focus on strategic sales planning and consultative and solution selling.
- Provide product expertise and help leverage Mastercard integrated solutions to drive sales and revenue goals.
- Set sales strategies as it relates to products that are aligned with geographical strategy.
- Help identify and close sales leads.
- Supply market intelligence to product developers and managers to support design, development and implementation efforts.
Product Management and Solutions
- Focus on user experience, product performance and ongoing management, customer needs and insights and architecting solutions.
- Coordinate, status report on, and manage financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed time, scope and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes within budget constraints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams across functions on strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and strengthen skills needed to solve complex business challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027.
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
Skills & Competencies

Additional Information
The role comprises 2 x nine-month rotations across curated career tracks: Sales and Business Development, and Product Management and Solutions.
