Assistant Technician - A/C at Al Ghurair.

Role Purpose

Assist HVAC technicians in delivering preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of air conditioning systems, supporting the servicing, repair, and installation of diverse AC equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair

• Assist HVAC technicians in carrying out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of air conditioning systems.
• Support servicing and repair of split ACs, package units, ducted units, FCUs, AHUs, and chilled water systems.
• Assist in cleaning filters, coils, drain lines, and AC equipment.
• Carry out basic installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities under supervision.

Fault Identification & Reporting

• Help in identifying and reporting equipment faults and abnormalities.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records as instructed by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI/Technical Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or FM services.
• Basic knowledge of AC systems, tools, and safety practices.
