Role Purpose
Engage clients with exceptional service and build the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with in-store clients while supporting store operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Support Store-in-Charge in sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Deliver outstanding sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with in-store clients.
Operations & Management
- Support Store-in-Charge in operation management.
- Conduct KPI analysis.
- Manage rostering and team scheduling.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives.
- Lead team management and supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial position.
- Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages a plus.
- Approachable personality.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
- Passion for APM Monaco.
