Role Purpose
Deliver timely and efficient service to guests at the pool and beach outlets by assisting the server team in food and beverage service, maintaining impeccable dining standards, and anticipating guest needs to enhance the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Assist the server team in providing timely and efficient service to guests.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Clear tables and reset table settings between seatings.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and provide friendly, courteous service.
Facility & Standards
- Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and presentable.
- Bus tables promptly to maintain service flow and guest comfort.
- Polish glassware and cutlery to meet Four Seasons standards.
- Restock supplies and maintain readiness of the service station.
Guest Experience
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them.
- Enhance the overall guest experience through attentive, courteous service.
Qualifications & Experience
- One to two years' experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
- Full proficiency in English and Russian language.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Friendly, courteous demeanor and guest-focused service mindset.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
