Role Purpose

Deliver expertly served dining experiences at Mina Brasserie by assisting with food service, table management, and guest requests in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Assist with the serving of food to guests.
• Clear and reset tables according to standards.
• Attend to guest needs and requests.

Table Management

• Set up china, glass, and silver for service.
• Clear china, glass, and silver from service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or brand standalone restaurant.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills.
