Role Purpose
Deliver expertly served dining experiences by assisting guests throughout their meal service, maintaining table standards, and attending promptly to guest needs and requests.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Experience
- Assist with the serving of food and attending to guest needs and requests.
- Provide an expertly served dining experience.
Operations
- Set up tables according to standards.
- Clear and reset tables according to standards.
- Clear china, glass, and silver from service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel or brand standalone restaurant.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
