Role Overview
Assistant Sales Manager, Leisure at Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites in Dubai. Reports to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing.

Role Purpose
Develop and manage leisure business for Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites by building and strengthening key market relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving achievement of assigned revenue and room-night targets.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship & Account Management
- Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
- Identify new leisure business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and account reviews.
Revenue & Performance
- Achieve assigned revenue and room-night targets.
- Support contracting, rate negotiations, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to maximize business opportunities.
Market Representation
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and networking events.
- Represent the hotel professionally and promote its products and services across assigned markets.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales activities, account records, and regular performance updates.
