Role Purpose

To assist in daily operations of the Lobby Lounge while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction, leading the service team and ensuring smooth, efficient hospitality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Assist in daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive guest experiences.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver impeccable service and hospitality.
• Supervise and manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.

Operations & Logistics

• Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper organization and minimizing waste.
• Assist with scheduling, staff allocations, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and efficient communication.

Compliance & Standards

• Oversee the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
