Role Purpose
Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results through the delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards.

Guest Satisfaction & Service
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards
Operations & Safety
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Ensure only the highest quality products are being served
- Achieve operational excellence through attention to detail
Team Leadership & Development
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment
- Handle daily team member relations
- Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment
Qualifications & Experience
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skills
