Role Purpose

To assist in managing daily operations of a hotel dining outlet while delivering memorable guest experiences. This role spreads the light and warmth of hospitality by supporting operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Assist with managing outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent delivery of service and operational standards.

Guest Experience & Quality

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Support improvements to the dining experience.

Team Development & Supervision

• Supervise and support team members in their daily duties.
• Provide coaching and professional guidance.
• Assist with performance evaluations.
• Contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager's guidance.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Train new team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.

Revenue & Marketing

• Help implement marketing strategies to boost food and beverage sales.
• Support up-selling techniques and promotional initiatives.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Uphold alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
