Role Overview

Assistant Project Manager – Injaz TECH - Customer Engagement and Lifecycle, MIT at Mashreq.

Role Purpose

Drive multiple retail technology projects forward, working closely with global teams based in Egypt, Pakistan, and India to ensure effective communication and coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Delivery

• Manage and coordinate retail technology projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Work closely with Technology application teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing within the project team.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth project handoffs.

Governance and Reporting

• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support the Project Manager in decision-making and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a retail or technology environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
