Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Course Development

• Develop and deliver courses in Civil Procedural Law at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Employ innovative and effective teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enhancements within the department.
• Meet deadlines for course preparation, grading, and administrative tasks.

Mentorship & Student Support

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing careers in law.
• Engage with students through excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approaches.

Research & Scholarship

• Maintain an active and distinguished research profile with publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus.
• Demonstrate meaningful scholarly impact and significant contributions to the field of civil law and civil procedure law.

Professional & Institutional Service

• Maintain active involvement in professional organizations related to law.
• Contribute to departmental and university service through committee participation, academic advising, and other activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary initiatives and engage in community outreach.
• Actively promote the growth of the College of Law at University of Kalba.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ph.D. degree in Civil Procedural Law.
• Strong research track record evidenced by publications in reputable academic journals.
• Experience teaching Civil Procedural Law.
• Appropriate H-index reflecting meaningful scholarly impact and significant contributions to the field of civil law and civil procedure law.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in Civil Procedural Law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders.
