Assistant Parts Advisor at Ali & Sons Holding LLC, Automotive Division.
Company Overview
Ali & Sons works with prestigious, globally recognized automotive brands as a distribution agent. The company operates high-tech showrooms and provides world-leading after-sales support and comprehensive customer guidance throughout the buying process. For many of its automotive clients, Ali & Sons is the sole distribution agent in the UAE.
Role Purpose
Support the parts sales team in delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory control, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers and assist with identifying part numbers, prices, and availability.
- Provide product knowledge and usage guidance to customers and technicians.
- Prepare parts quotations and delivery orders.
- Issue sales invoices.
Inventory & Operations
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Assist in loss sales reporting.
- Operate computerized inventory and ordering systems.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for order follow-up and timely part delivery.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Policies & Administration
- Support credit terms and follow up with dealers in accordance with sales policies.
- Learn and apply return, warranty, and delivery policies.
Visual Merchandising
- Assist in designing parts and accessories displays.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certification in Material Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within automotive parts sales.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in computerized warehouse and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with telephone etiquette and standard computer tools.
- Fluency in English required.
- Arabic preferred.
