Role Purpose

Exceed guest expectations through efficient, friendly, and attentive service while overseeing the provision of excellent service in the Italian / Mediterranean outlet, managing team performance, handling guest feedback and complaints, and collaborating with culinary leadership to develop strategies that drive sales promotion and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Satisfaction

• Exceed guest expectations through efficient, friendly, and attentive service ensuring their satisfaction
• Oversee the provision of excellent service to guests
• Engage with guests to gather feedback on areas of improvement
• Handle guest complaints efficiently either through direct interaction or referral to the Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef

Team Management & Scheduling

• Ensure team members in designated sections adhere to work schedules
• Ensure team members in designated sections perform duties effectively

Culinary Events & Revenue Development

• Assist in various Food & Beverage events and culinary competitions as requested by superiors
• Collaborate with Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef to develop strategies and special events for sales promotion and revenue generation

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2 years in the same role and position in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant
• Minimum 6 years within the culinary department, including previous senior management position
• Possess previous HACCP management training
• Demonstrate creativity
