Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional in-room dining service by leading service excellence, managing team performance, handling guest relations, and collaborating with culinary leadership on revenue-generating initiatives and special events.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Satisfaction

• Exceed guest expectations through efficient, friendly, and attentive service.
• Oversee the provision of excellent service to guests in designated sections.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback on areas of improvement.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently through direct interaction or referral to the Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef.

Team Management

• Ensure team members in designated sections adhere to work schedules and perform duties effectively.

Operations & Events

• Assist in various Food & Beverage events and culinary competitions as requested by superiors.
• Collaborate with Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef to develop strategies and special events for sales promotion and revenue generation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in the same role and position in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.
• Minimum 6 years within the culinary department, including a previous senior management position.
• Previous HACCP management training.
• Demonstrated creativity.
