Role Purpose
Support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results through delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational standards, and developing a strong team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Service Excellence
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with brand standards.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with Food & Beverage standards.
Operations & Quality
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
Team Leadership & Development
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
- Handle daily team member relations.
- Encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
