Role Purpose

Lead and manage the Li Beirut authentic Lebanese cuisine restaurant and private bar operation to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining luxury standards, controlling costs, and ensuring high employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant & Bar Operations

• Manage the restaurant dining operation and private bar activities and their respective employees.
• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, and promote good public relations.

People Management

• Select, train, evaluate, and plan schedules for all restaurant employees.
• Ensure established cultural and core standards are met.
• Motivate, coach, and discipline employees to achieve high performance.

Guest & Stakeholder Relations

• Handle complaints, concerns, and special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.

Financial & Operational Control

• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling and budgeting.
• Make sound purchasing decisions and manage inventory and cash control.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high-end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent level of English and Arabic languages, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
