Role Overview
Assistant Marketing Manager with Hilton Hotels team, supporting marketing initiatives, sales documentation, and office operations while delivering memorable guest experiences that embody hospitality values.
Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive support to marketing and sales operations by assisting with campaign coordination, sales documentation, administrative tasks, and special projects to ensure efficient team function and timely execution of departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Support marketing initiatives including proofreading advertising copy, maintaining department calendars, and coordinating internal projects
- Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure timely execution
Sales Support
- Assist with preparing booking reports, contracts, and proposals
- Help prepare client call summaries and loyalty point postings to support the sales process
Office Operations
- Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping
- Support daily office operations to ensure efficient team operations
Special Projects
- Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments
