Assistant Manager - Talent & Performance (SEHA)

Role Overview

Assistant Manager - Talent & Performance for SEHA, supporting the delivery of performance management and talent development initiatives across the organization.

Role Purpose

Assist in the delivery of Performance & Talent Development Programs for SEHA under the guidance of the Manager & Director. Ensure that all activities are aligned with PureHealth's vision, mission and business strategy as pertaining to Talent Management and Performance.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management Program

• Cascade the performance management methodology adopted in SEHA to all employees.
• Participate in awareness campaigns to highlight the need to align the Organization Scorecard with the annual Performance appraisal.
• Assist managers and staff with performance appraisal processes and related queries.
• Manage activities related to Performance Management.

Learning & Development

• Analyze training needs for managers and employees.
• Support the design, coordination, production and delivery of training for staff in relation to the learning needs analysis process to identify learning and development needs.
• Participate in the planning, organization and production of annual facility learning and development plans.
• Manage the effective administration, organization, evaluation and audit of management training, leadership and supervisory activities.

Career Development & Coaching

• Provide consulting services to managers related to career development.
• Prepare individual career development plans in conjunction with the Manager.

Leadership Development Programs

• Support management in overseeing the annual intake of leaders into appropriate Leadership programs as required.
• Ensure that Succession Plans are aligned via the appropriate Leadership programs.
• Monitor the progress of leadership cohorts in coordination with Vendors.
• Report findings to management and/or Senior SEHA management.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Management, Data Analysis and reporting.
• Healthcare management industry experience (desired).
