Role Overview
Assistant Manager - SDO at Qiddiya Investment Company, located in Saudi Arabia. This role supports the Strategy Delivery Office in facilitating and coordinating projects that drive the vision and operational strategy of organizational initiatives.

Role Purpose
Support the Strategy Delivery Office in developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals while driving efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development & Implementation
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic operational initiatives within the SDO.
- Support strategic planning sessions, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project success and impact.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
Project Execution & Alignment
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to support the strategic decision-making process.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in strategic development or project management, preferably in a large-scale development or entertainment project.
