Role Purpose

Support daily operations of the distribution center and dark store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate order fulfillment for the region while maintaining compliance and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Support daily management of distribution center operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Coordinate with delivery and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards within the facility

Team Management

• Assist in managing warehouse staff and ensuring productivity targets are met
• Assist in training and onboarding new warehouse staff

Performance & Improvement

• Support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and team coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage
