Role Purpose

Lead the successful implementation of digital transformation and enhancement initiatives across multiple platforms and applications, while identifying opportunities to reduce costs through operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & Implementation

• Lead successful implementation of Enhancements and Transformation initiatives across OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, OBLM platforms, and Mind Gate application.
• Partner with key stakeholders in Technology and Product to ensure seamless implementation of Enhancements.

Governance & Approvals

• Review BRDs and FSDs and recommend to senior management for sign-off.

Operations & Quality Assurance

• Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation to management.
• Identify ways to reduce cost by improving operational efficiency and innovation.

Project Support

• Support Project Management for various CIBG Ops Automation initiatives.
