Role Purpose

Deliver comprehensive financial analyses that inform strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiencies. Conduct in-depth evaluations of financial performance, develop financial models supporting investment strategies, and drive the company's financial objectives through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate project performance and inform investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Assist in preparing for external audits by providing financial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Professional Development

• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in large-scale projects or the entertainment and Real Estate sectors.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
