Role Overview
Assistant Manager – Cage at Wynn Al Marjan Island, an integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, set to open in 2027.
Company Overview
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager – Cage leads daily cage operations for a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week resort facility, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional financial control across all cashier and vault functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supervision
- Supervise daily cage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures
- Oversee cashier team members, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
- Monitor cash levels, chip inventories, and vault operations, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting
- Assume the role of most senior cage representative on property in the absence of the Assistant Director
Compliance & Financial Controls
- Ensure compliance with all financial controls, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for senior management and regulatory authorities
- Support audits, inspections, and reviews by internal and external stakeholders
Guest Service & Guest Experience
- Provide exceptional guest service, resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patron experience within cage operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cage operations, banking, or financial services
- At least 4 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of cashiering, cash handling, and financial control procedures
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and financial compliance practices in regulated industries
- Experience in large-scale integrated resorts or internationally recognized gaming environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and gaming management systems
