Role Purpose
Assist in achieving business objectives, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring customer satisfaction by supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff management, and financial oversight.

Operations & Service Standards
- Assist in managing daily operations

Staff Management & Development
- Supervise and train staff
- Help train and develop staff to ensure they meet performance standards
Financial Performance & Revenue
- Monitor financial performance
- Implement cost-saving measures
- Assist in developing strategies to increase revenue
Strategic Support
- Assist in implementing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field preferred
