Assistant Land Surveyor

Role Overview

Assistant Land Surveyor at Galadari Brothers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Full-time, on-site position.

Role Purpose

Support the land surveying team by conducting topographic surveys, utilizing specialized surveying equipment, and assisting in building surveying tasks to deliver accurate data collection and detailed survey reports while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Field Surveying

• Conduct topographic surveys
• Utilize total station and other surveying equipment
• Collect accurate data and measure land features
• Assist in building surveying tasks

Project Execution

• Assist with project planning and execution
• Prepare detailed survey reports

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Follow safety protocols on-site

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (beneficial)
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building, villas, and steel structures projects
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry (advantageous)
• Experience with infrastructure and roads projects (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Total Station equipment and Auto Level machine
• Topographic surveying and land surveying skills
• General surveying experience
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additional Information

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
