Role Purpose

Lead a department to ensure high standards of performance, develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to departmental staff while aligning departmental goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in departmental management.
• Proven track record of successful departmental leadership.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of departmental best practices and tools.
