Role Purpose
Support seamless food and beverage operations across one or more dining outlets while enhancing guest satisfaction, ensuring service excellence, and fostering a positive work environment through team development and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
- Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
Guest Experience
- Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
Team Leadership and Development
- Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members
Compliance and Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
