Role Overview
Assistant - CDM at Kout Food Group. This role supports the central delivery team in coordinating and managing the delivery system and services, overseeing the planning and execution of customer deliveries to ensure efficient and timely service.
Role Purpose
Manage the planning and execution of customer deliveries while optimizing delivery operations, minimizing delivery times, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize delivery routes.
- Ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full.
Operations & Performance Management
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in delivery management.
