Role Overview
Assembly Operator at AWR Group. This is a manufacturing assembly position responsible for the mechanical assembly of products and components according to specifications and quality standards.

Role Purpose
To assemble products and components according to specific instructions and quality standards while ensuring tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, and safely, maintaining high product quality and adhering to production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production
- Perform mechanical assembly of products according to plan and working instructions.
- Identify products and components for assembly.
- Maintain productivity and online rejection control.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure process quality meets standard requirements.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Strictly adhere to safety rules and procedures.
- Practice safe material handling and storage.
- Maintain proper housekeeping.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum high school qualification.
- 1+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in electrical or lighting products.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or product lines.
- Ability to communicate in English; any other language is advantageous.
