Role Overview
Artist & Label Partnerships Manager, Maghreb at Spotify. The role is based in the Maghreb region, covering Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. You will join Spotify's Music team in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey & Pakistan (MENAT+) region and report to the regional Head of Music.
Company Overview
The Music Mission team owns Spotify's end-to-end proposition for music creators and the experiences they create for fans. The team is dedicated to building tools and services to enable creation, promotion, expression, and monetization at scale.
Role Purpose
You will sit at the heart of the music ecosystem, moving between high-level release strategies and day-to-day work that drives artist and business growth. You will build trusted relationships across the industry, bring deep knowledge of the Maghreb music landscape to Spotify, and help artists and partners make the most of the platform. Your work will strengthen Spotify's role as a trusted, culturally relevant voice across the Maghreb.
