Role Purpose
Provide real-time translation support to trainers in live classroom environments, ensuring accurate and effective communication from English to Arabic for training delivery and participant understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Training Support
- Provide real-time translation to support training delivery in classroom settings.
- Translate spoken and written English into clear and accurate Arabic.
- Work closely with trainers to ensure the smooth flow of communication and understanding.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluency in Arabic with excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in live translation or interpretation, ideally within a training or educational environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Collaborative and professional approach to supporting colleagues and participants.
