Role Purpose

To serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor in complex security sales engagements across the region. The role combines technical leadership, solution design, customer engagement, and value engineering to position, architect, and differentiate integrated security solutions while ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and alignment with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

• Act as the technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell Security portfolios including Access Control Systems (ACS), Video Management Systems (VMS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Integrated Security Platforms.
• Design end-to-end security architectures aligned with customer requirements, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform value engineering to ensure optimal technical and commercial solutions.

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Partner with sales teams to support opportunity qualification, bid strategy, and deal closure.
• Support customer meetings and site surveys.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers, consultants, and partners.
• Respond to RFPs and RFQs; prepare compliance matrices, technical clarifications, and deviations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, and end users.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, site assessments, and requirement analysis.
• Conduct quarterly live and digital events for customers, including product sales certification training, webinars, and NPI presentations.

Technical Leadership & Enablement

• Serve as a mentor and technical escalation point for other application engineers.
• Support partners and internal teams through training, solution workshops, and best-practice sharing.
• Stay current on product roadmaps, cybersecurity requirements, and industry trends.

Project & Delivery Support

• Support transition from sales to execution, ensuring accurate scope, design intent, and documentation.
• Review system designs, drawings, and BOMs to prevent errors and rework.
• Provide post-sales technical support during critical project milestones when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English language.
• Basic knowledge of Electronic Security systems (ACS, VMS, Intrusion, integration platforms).
• Basic knowledge of cloud and virtualization platforms.
• Good understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity concepts, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

• LenelS2 and/or Honeywell product certifications are preferred.
• Position is based in Dubai with frequent travel to GCC countries as required.
