Role Overview
Analyst - Workplace Operations at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role optimizes and enhances the efficiency of workplace environments through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights that inform workplace strategies and improve operational effectiveness.
Role Purpose
Analyze workplace operations data and generate reports to provide actionable insights that inform workplace strategies, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure workplace operations align with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Building Operations
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, including facility management and maintenance activities.
- Track building performance across MEP systems, utilities, and safety systems.
- Address operational gaps identified through performance monitoring.
Maintenance & Asset Management
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and asset lifecycle management.
Vendor & Service Management
- Supervise service providers and ensure SLA compliance on-site.
- Manage FM contracts and vendor management activities.
Financial & Planning Operations
- Support budgeting and cost control activities for the building.
- Support maintenance planning for the building.
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure workplace operations align with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services) or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operational analysis, workplace management, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of FM contracts, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
