Role Purpose

Support hospitality strategy initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and developing market insights that inform the evaluation of opportunities, operator assessments, and the creation of innovative hospitality concepts aligned with long-term organizational vision and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Prepare research reports, data analysis, and presentations.
• Perform benchmarking analysis.
• Track trends and contribute to innovation pipeline.

Financial Planning

• Support financial modeling and scenario planning.

Due Diligence & Evaluation

• Assist in operator due diligence and proposal reviews.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with hospitality strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in hospitality strategy, project management, or related roles.
