Role Purpose

The Analyst is responsible for creating process documentation, workflows, and knowledge articles to support IT Services. The role maintains comprehensive understanding of IT policies and processes, supports administering project management tools, and drives continuous process improvement through analysis, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Create process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services.
• Generate process documentation and reports.
• Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews.

Requirements & Process Improvement

• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement and automation efforts.
• Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
• Assist in building practice framework and guidelines.

Monitoring & Analysis

• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.
• Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
• Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review.
• Identify trends and use robust data for suggesting areas of improvement in process and deliverables.
• Collect and monitor results of various team initiatives.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify issues and risks.
• Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
• Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas.
• Participate in the problem resolution.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with team to create high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization.
• Comprehensive experience in business change through analytical skills.
• Experience with best project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
• Understanding of Design thinking practices.
• Understanding of Cloud / AWS platforms.
