Role Purpose

Support the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions across all stages from origination to closing, providing financial analysis, valuation work, and client-facing documentation to drive successful deal completion.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Support

• Provide overall support in the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions.
• Participate in all phases of transaction execution from origination to closing.
• Work on diverse international mandates.

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Assist in constructing detailed financial models.
• Perform valuation analyses using Excel and other modeling tools.

Client Deliverables & Research

• Develop and prepare documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
• Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with a leading firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, and/or Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic (preferred).
