Analyst - Data & AI Product Owner

Role Overview

Analyst - Data & AI Product Owner at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role supports the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Data & AI products by acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners.

Role Purpose

Support end-to-end delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Data & AI products. Manage product requirements, backlog execution, user acceptance activities, release coordination, and ongoing product performance to ensure business needs are translated into valuable and scalable Data & AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Lifecycle Management

• Support end-to-end delivery of Data & AI products from requirement definition through deployment and adoption.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, features, and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate delivery activities with business stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor product performance and ensure timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery and development teams.
• Support prioritization of requirements based on business value and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary interface between business users and delivery teams for assigned products.
• Maintain regular engagement with functional stakeholders to align product requirements and priorities.
• Support communication of product updates, releases, and enhancement plans.
• Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate stakeholder feedback.

Testing & Release Management

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Ensure test scenarios and acceptance criteria are defined and validated.
• Support defect triage and resolution management.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and production deployment activities.
• Monitor post-release performance and business adoption.

Product Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Support product adoption and value realization initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Track product utilization, adoption trends, and business benefits.
• Support training, communication, and change management activities for assigned products.
• Recommend improvements to maximize user experience and business value.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure products comply with established Data & AI governance standards.
• Support adherence to data governance, security, PDPL, and organizational policies.
• Maintain product documentation, requirements repositories, and operational procedures.
• Support reporting of product status, risks, issues, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Products, Data & AI, Analytics, or Technology Delivery.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management principles.
• Knowledge of Data & AI products, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or digital products is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications are preferred.
