Key Responsibilities
Rotational Assignments & Development
- Complete rotational assignments across Milaha's diverse business units to gain broad organizational exposure.
- Participate in structured mentoring to build skills and confidence for career advancement.
Competency Development
- Engage in tailored Competency Development pathways designed for experienced professionals to fast-track growth.
- Prepare for senior roles across the organization through targeted skill development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Qatari national or Son of Qatari mother.
