Airport Duty Officer at Etihad Airways. UAE Nationals only. Based at Abu Dhabi, with potential assignment to airports outside the UAE.

Role Purpose
To lead and support airport operational teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining seamless 24/7 airport operations while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead and support airport operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain seamless airport operations across all shifts
- Monitor and optimise operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery
- Oversee critical operational areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements whilst contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to coordinate activities and resolve operational challenges in a dynamic 24/7 environment
- Embrace diverse working environments and adapt to evolving operational needs across the airport network
Leadership & Development
- Develop supervisory and leadership capabilities through hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to best practices across Etihad's operations
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation, supporting Etihad's commitment to world-class aviation standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree completed in the last three years
- UAE national, aged 21 or older, with a valid family book
- Completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males)
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
- Able to wear the Etihad uniform with pride
- Open to working at airports outside the UAE
