Role Purpose

Train and deploy large-scale speech models, build production ML systems for real-time voice processing, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Training

• Train large-scale speech models for speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) applications.
• Work with modern speech architectures and deploy them to production.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and improve model performance.

Pipeline & Infrastructure

• Build and maintain ML training pipelines for real-time voice processing.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI-powered features.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years working with ML in production.
• Experience with speech/audio ML is a strong plus.
• Experience with large-scale or distributed training.
• Familiarity with GCP, including Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong Python programming.
• Strong PyTorch and PyTorch Lightning.
• Understanding of deep learning fundamentals.
