Role Overview
AI Platform Engineer position with Robusta, a hybrid role based in KSA for a 10-month contract.

Role Purpose
Support the deployment, configuration, and operational management of AI platform components within the solution ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, backend, and data teams to enable reliable AI model serving, orchestration, and integration across production environments, ensuring platform reliability, environment management, and smooth deployment processes for AI-powered systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
Deployment & Configuration
- Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of AI platform components and services.
- Enable and support AI model serving, orchestration, and operational workflows across different environments.
- Configure and maintain environments required for AI systems and integrations.
Integration & Architecture
- Support the integration of AI services into the broader system architecture and backend platforms.
- Manage access control, environment configuration, and deployment coordination activities.
Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor platform reliability, operational stability, and environment performance.
- Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational support for AI-related services and deployments.
- Participate in deployment planning, release support, and production operations activities.
Collaboration & Optimization
- Collaborate closely with backend, platform, and data engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations.
- Contribute to improving platform scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in AI Platform Engineering, MLOps, Platform Enablement, or similar engineering roles supporting AI systems in production environments.
- Experience supporting model deployment, environment configuration, service integration, and operational troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of deployment workflows, operational support, and production environment management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills across backend, platform, and data engineering teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and cross-functional technical environments.
Additional Information
