Role Overview

AI GTM Consulting - Public Sector at NTT Data Limited. This is a hybrid working role focused on the Middle East region, working directly with government and public sector organisations to identify, shape, and accelerate AI transformation initiatives.

Role Purpose

Act as a trusted advisor to senior government and public sector stakeholders across the Middle East to help clients define AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, adoption approaches, and transformation roadmaps that create measurable business and citizen outcomes. Work collaboratively across AI architects, engineering teams, delivery specialists, sellers, and ecosystem partners to turn client priorities into practical AI solutions and progress opportunities from initial strategy discussions through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Advisory

• Identify, shape, and accelerate AI transformation initiatives with government and public sector organisations.
• Define AI strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks for public sector clients.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and adoption approaches aligned with client priorities.
• Develop AI strategies and operating models that support client objectives.
• Create executive-level business narratives and value cases.

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

• Work directly with senior government and public sector stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client needs and priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and engagement across senior levels.
• Support presales activities including opportunity qualification and executive stakeholder engagement.

Solution Development & Delivery Support

• Collaborate closely with AI architects, engineering teams, delivery specialists, sellers, and ecosystem partners.
• Turn client priorities into practical AI solutions.
• Develop business cases, proposals, and ROI models.
• Develop proof-of-concept plans.
• Support solution shaping and proposal development.

Market & Practice Development

• Help shape market demand and contribute to the evolution of AI offerings.
• Bring insight from client engagements back into the business.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience working with public sector organisations in the UAE and wider Middle East region.
• Proven ability to develop AI strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience supporting presales activities including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and business cases.
• Experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation programmes within public sector environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Working knowledge of enterprise AI concepts including large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data readiness, governance, responsible AI, and adoption considerations.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with leading cloud and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing client impact, innovation, and commercial objectives.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across the region.
