Role Overview

The e& AI Graduate Programme is a 12-month graduate development initiative at Etisalat E&, based in the UAE. The programme develops emerging talent into the next generation of tech leaders through practical, work-based training across e& offices in the UAE.

Role Purpose

The programme exists to develop UAE National talent through immersive experience in emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and leadership fundamentals. Graduates gain hands-on practical exposure across the organisation while building skills applicable to both tech and non-tech career paths.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Engage with top-notch AI learning and development programmes delivered through best-in-class educational partners.
• Explore emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence fundamentals.
• Develop leadership fundamentals through structured training.

Practical Experience

• Complete 12 months of work-based training across e& offices in the UAE.
• Gain hands-on practical experience within your chosen track.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher from any top institution accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education; all majors welcome.
• Graduated within the last 2 years.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and higher.
• Passion for contributing to digital transformation.

• Ability to work across tech and non-tech disciplines.
