Role Purpose

As an AI Engineer Intern specializing in LLM data, you will build and improve high-quality training data for foundation models across pre-training, mid-training, and post-training phases. You will gain hands-on experience with large-scale data processing, LLM-based data synthesis, data quality evaluation, and model experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

Data Development

• Build and improve high-quality training data for foundation models.
• Work across pre-training, mid-training, and post-training data stages.

Data Processing & Synthesis

• Execute large-scale data processing tasks.
• Develop and apply LLM-based data synthesis methods.

Quality & Evaluation

• Evaluate and ensure data quality standards.
• Conduct model experimentation to validate data approaches.
